This uses 50% white bread mix with 50% wholemeal mix, so you can slowly incorporate it into your kid’s diet without any problems at all. Did you also know that popcorn can be great for you as well? This is only the case if you don’t smother it in butter, salt or sugar, but that being said, a movie-night treat is always required and it’s much better than crisps or chocolate.

Microwave meals are not good for anyone. Cooking is a great hobby and it can really help you to learn more about certain foods. A good copper frying pan is all you need to get started and before you know it, you could be swapping out that microwavable lasagne with steak and grilled asparagus. This can go a long way when it comes to the overall happiness of your family and you may even find that they enjoy the new meals that you make as well so there will be smiles all-round!
